Availability for part-time work (20%), including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons as part of normal shift rotation

Responsibilities

Ensure positive customer experiences based on company values (Dare, Care, Simplify)
Demonstrate burning interest in Telia products and services
Execute campaigns and other operational routines in the shop
Build relationships with customers and act as a Telia ambassador in the local area
Listen to, understand, and meet diverse customer needs
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve customer experiences
Work towards achieving sales targets and results
