Responsibilities

Perform visual inspection upon receipt of parts
Document the condition of incoming parts
Clean and disassemble incoming parts
Create system documents following company procedures
Repackage equipment to prevent damage during shipping
Create labels via FedEx/UPS systems for domestic and international shipments
Perform and coordinate local pick-ups and deliveries as needed
Maintain customer shipping data
Maintain tracking information and pictures per job
Interface with customers and internal personnel
Manage processes to meet company metrics
Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities as required
