Ability to use a digital handheld device (RF scanner) to locate, pick, and verify merchandise orders from the selling floor
Safe navigation of a large picking cart around the club, including during club hours
Ability to assemble cardboard boxes and pack orders in a safe and damage-free manner
Capability to move pallets of supplies using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment
Assist with loading UPS/FedEx trucks and shrink wrapping pallets
Frequent lifting of merchandise
Maintain a clean and organized Ship From Club (SFC) area, inside and out
Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Perform all activities associated with picking and shipping orders to members' homes and businesses
Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using a handheld digital device to pull merchandise from the selling floor
Use handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise
Build boxes, shrink wrap packages, and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
