Fagbrev som industrimekaniker, automatiker, elektriker eller tilsvarende
1-2 års erfaring i produksjonsmiljø
God forståelse for Lean filosofi og metodikk
Kunnskap om drift av produksjonsutstyr og tekniske anlegg

Responsibilities

Planlegge og utføre vedlikeholdsoppgaver, både på kort og lang sikt
Dokumentere vedlikeholdsoppgaver (work orders) i bedriftens MMS system Maximo i henhold til tidsfrister
Gi teknisk støtte og opplæring til teknikere i alle aspekter av vedlikehold
Optimalisering av gjeldende prosesser for å møte markedskrav og industristandarder
Holde tett kontakt med alle produksjonsavdelinger slik at de kan utføre sitt arbeid som planlagt
Analysere og feilsøke prosessproblemer for å gjøre kontinuerlige og permanente forbedringer
Delta i produksjonsberedskap (vakt ordning) i henhold til gjeldende avtaler
Delta og støtte prosjektarbeid om nødvendig
Bistå med nyinstallasjoner og ombygginger
Tilrettelegge og gjennomføre kontroller/kalibreringer av utstyr i henhold til plan og prosedyrer
Overholde etablerte retningslinjer og prosedyrer for selskapet
Arbeide aktivt med avdelingens delelager og rette opp i eventuelle mangler/feil
Følge opp eksterne leverandører som utfører vedlikehold på produksjonsutstyr
