Candidates must possess deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends, with the potential for overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though not required.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee will work effectively with store management and crews, supervise store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities, communicate information to both store management and crews, assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, handle customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. They will also ensure that store operations run smoothly, complete opening and closing procedures, and support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty.
