Requirements

  • Account management or sales roles in administrators or equity tech providers
  • Employment tax professionals with equity scheme expertise (and commercial flair)
  • Financial advisers or planners with share scheme knowledge, who want to move into proposition leadership and enablement rather than direct delivery

  • Great at turning technical equity concepts into something people actually understand
  • Expert in equity scheme design, tax and legal updates

Responsibilities

  • Create a scalable share scheme journey – from education to 1:1 support – that employees actually use
  • Lead growth – hit sales targets by targeting workplaces, selling to them, onboarding them and embedding the proposition as a real employee benefit
  • Enable delivery – train and coach our planning/advice teams to deliver confidently; create, oversee and deliver education to workplaces; identify when a referral to full advice is needed; provide one-to-one advice and comment for our clients’ C-Suite executives on their equity positions on an ‘as needed’ basis
  • Shape go-to-market strategy – working with marketing and workplace teams to package the proposition in a way that resonates with HR/Reward leaders
  • Be the expert – staying on top of equity scheme design, tax and legal updates, and translating them into clear, actionable insight for colleagues and clients
