Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for services products, aligning with overall business goals and market demands
  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities to create innovative service solutions
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to ensure services offerings remain relevant and differentiated
  • Develop and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap for services offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, and engineering) to prioritize features and enhancements
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and improve services products
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure offerings are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer requirements
  • Develop processes, tools, and metrics to monitor the performance and quality of services
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for services products
  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials and training
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for services offerings
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of services products
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
