Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in professional services, delivery management, partner management, or a similar role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. They should have a proven track record in partner enablement and program management, experience tracking customer satisfaction metrics, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity services and delivery methodologies. Experience in contract management and vendor relations is also required, along with excellent communication and relationship management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

As a Services Partner Manager, the candidate will lead partner evaluation and onboarding, develop and drive enablement processes, manage legal and IT onboarding requirements, oversee project management standards, monitor partner performance, facilitate partner update sessions, develop new partner services offerings, maintain documentation, manage the partner services catalog, provide best-in-class delivery support, and offer cross-functional support for partner engagements.
