Revenue Operations Analyst

Candidates should have experience with the Salesforce Platform Suite, previous experience working in a Services Organization, and previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong analytical skills are required, along with the ability to break down complex problems using data.
The Services Operations Specialist will work with cross-functional partners and internal tools, including Salesforce (SF), Financial Force Accounting (FFA), and Salesforce PSA, to provide best-in-class monitoring and alerting for the TSS organization through dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews. They will apply their knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities for scale, compile and run reports and distribute them to stakeholders, and create new reports and dashboards within Salesforce or Salesforce Analytics to increase the visibility of key metrics. Continued focus will be placed on improving processes and system configurations to streamline operations and ensure accuracy.
