Ervaring met geautomatiseerde administratiesystemen (zoals Topdesk) en vaardigheid met Office-programma’s
Affiniteit met vastgoed, facilitair, ICT, inkoop, P&O, financiën en/of zorg
Een proactieve, servicegerichte en flexibele instelling
Beschikbaarheid op woensdag en vrijdag
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Het vermogen om goed te plannen, te organiseren en prioriteiten te stellen
Je kunt goed samenwerken en draagt bij aan een prettige werksfeer
Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) is vereist voor indiensttreding

Responsibilities

Ontvangen, registreren en beheren van (digitale) meldingen van collega’s en externen
Zelfstandig afhandelen van meldingen of inschakelen van specialisten van de tweede lijn
Bewaken van de voortgang van het meldingsproces van begin tot eind
Zorgen voor duidelijke terugkoppeling aan de aanvrager
Verrichten van dagelijkse administratieve en operationele werkzaamheden binnen de servicedesk
