Responsibilities
Review new models and engineering changes released within multiple applications including Teamcenter, Infor, QAD, and Windchill to determine which parts will be serviceable to the customer
Establish service part pricing consistent with overall pricing strategy while maintaining consistent discount requirements across multiple systems
Maintain all part coding, including but not limited to supersessions, S&OP, service life, list codes (CSP insertion), etc
Insert and maintain service parts in the Part Master and QAD Applications
Assist warranty team in creation of service advisories & service kits
Work with the engineering team to understand new whole good launches, as well as critical engineering revisions
Assist in part lifetime buy decisions
Perform part end of life decisions while supporting the excess and obsolescence team
