Responsibilities

  • Review new models and engineering changes released within multiple applications including Teamcenter, Infor, QAD, and Windchill to determine which parts will be serviceable to the customer
  • Establish service part pricing consistent with overall pricing strategy while maintaining consistent discount requirements across multiple systems
  • Maintain all part coding, including but not limited to supersessions, S&OP, service life, list codes (CSP insertion), etc
  • Insert and maintain service parts in the Part Master and QAD Applications
  • Assist warranty team in creation of service advisories & service kits
  • Work with the engineering team to understand new whole good launches, as well as critical engineering revisions
  • Assist in part lifetime buy decisions
  • Perform part end of life decisions while supporting the excess and obsolescence team
  • Execute critical time sensitive projects
