The Service Writer will positively take ownership of customer experience by managing work orders, preparing accurate estimates for repairs, monitoring and managing accounts receivables, and clearly communicating with customers, technicians, and the service manager. They will provide status updates on work orders, troubleshooting, and technician progress, monitor phones for field technician and customer calls, and perform various other administrative duties.
