Requirements

Ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders and deep understanding of complex business dealings
Genuine interest in the customer and their experience, with ability to act as an advisor leading commercial and technical project streams
Documented experience of transitions and transformations projects within managed network services and hybrid cloud
Experience with time reporting and follow-up of project economics
Good knowledge of ITIL processes, managed services, and IT infrastructure
Ability to lead complex projects and good communication skills internally and with customers
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Act as the unifying and driving force in on- and off-boarding of new customers for Managed Services
Participate in service development initiatives
Ensure high quality and established processes so that the customer experience in the transition is optimal
