Fluent in Dutch & English (spoken & written)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or ServiceMax (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service
Collaborate with Service Market Development to monitor trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to support growth strategies
Assist in delivering and improving service offerings across established and emerging markets
Oversee contract-related billing for parts, labor, travel, and pricing in line with market conditions
Coordinate with Level 2 support to dispatch field service calls and provide administrative support to the technical team
Help maintain data integrity through system cleanups and updates aligned with global standards
Respond to service tenders and support the preparation of required documentation
Generate reports and performance metrics to guide business decisions and track service effectiveness
