Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch & English (spoken & written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or ServiceMax (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service
  • Collaborate with Service Market Development to monitor trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to support growth strategies
  • Assist in delivering and improving service offerings across established and emerging markets
  • Oversee contract-related billing for parts, labor, travel, and pricing in line with market conditions
  • Coordinate with Level 2 support to dispatch field service calls and provide administrative support to the technical team
  • Help maintain data integrity through system cleanups and updates aligned with global standards
  • Respond to service tenders and support the preparation of required documentation
  • Generate reports and performance metrics to guide business decisions and track service effectiveness
