Requirements

Fluency in written and verbal English and Polish Language
Ability to work to and achieve performance targets
Utilise computer systems with comfort, communicating clearly and consistently
Experience of dealing with customers in complicated service support environment
Basic knowledge of instrument troubleshooting to support TAC Helpdesk Engineers (usage of cheat sheets)

Responsibilities

Coordinating engineer activities within the UK and Ireland with particular emphasis on Poland
Ordering parts and liaising with customers
Handling various clerical tasks required for contractual and invoicing activity
Dealing with breakdowns of equipment in the field
Assisting with planning the workload of engineers
Working to short deadlines and changing priorities
Sharing information to keep everyone informed
Escalating issues via agreed processes
Offering support to customers and engineers when things go wrong internally and externally
Working closely with customers in English and Polish Language
Reporting out against activities and performance against targets
Supporting Sales Customer Care with installations – From instrument shipment confirmation to dispatching an Engineer
Full control of instrument moves – From raising a notification to organizing the Engineer/courier etc
Support customers working against their own time pressures and demands in complex operating environments
