Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with NPD process and IET product line
  • Service/Product experience across IET fleet for product and services related to key technologies
  • Technical knowledge of gas turbines, with special regards to Aero GTs
  • Knowledge of IET market dynamics & customer processes
  • Self motivation and results oriented
  • Languages: English and Italian fluency
  • Availability for frequent traveling
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong networking skills: able to align and engage regions on a shared vision
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Aero GT product line, collaborating with other GTS functions
  • Acting as the reference point across the GTS organization for all strategic initiatives relevant to the product line
  • Aero GT Product Lifecycle Management, from idea generation to product roadmaps creation, product development, industrialization, Go-To-Market, maintenance and product discontinuation
  • Driving the LRP process, cooperating with Growth & Strategy, Sales and Commercial teams to gather Market trends, Voice of Customer and defining NPD investments and business cases
  • Driving the execution of NPD programs with GE Aerospace and BH EE/GTS Engineering in agreement with BH NPD process
  • Collaborating with Aero Alliance JV, GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, GTS Engineering team and Service Repair Product Leadership to help define the overall repair strategy
  • Cooperating to define and deploy the Service models of Aero GT product lines
