Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term service product strategy and positioning, aligning with GEHC’s overall business goals to identify market opportunities and define the competitive edge of service products
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle management, including coordination of product research & development, iteration, and optimization to ensure delivery of high-quality service products
  • Manage and guide the commercial team to develop region-specific go-to-market strategies, driving user acquisition, and expanding market share across healthcare industry in GC
  • Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., revenue, profit margin, customer satisfaction) and optimize product strategies dynamically to ensure product competitiveness and profitability targets are met
  • Drive innovation in service products to gain first-mover advantage in the GC market
  • Act as the primary regional stakeholder, collaborating with global teams (Product, R&D, Finance teams), local sales, field service, and external partners, to resolve cross-departmental/cross-regional challenges and ensure seamless execution of NPI
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing product marketing team, establishing clear performance metrics, and a culture of innovation and execution
