Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years of relevant technical experience

  • Offer proactive support to help reduce the occurrence of issues
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Communicate effectively in both writing and speech
