Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in cloud operations, including experience with cloud services

Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly skilled technical resources managing ECaaS solutions (Edge PCE/Edge compute as a Service)
Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context
Lead service delivery teams, manage conflict, and ensure processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
Manage finances and budgets
Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
Assess customer feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
Remain organized and meet deadlines
Build partnerships and liaise with Remote ITOC delivery, A&PS, Sales, and Pursuit to determine services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues
Partner with BU and other internal HPE teams to seamlessly deliver CSP/PCE service to HPE customers
Actively participate/contribute to HPE MS initiatives
Meet/exceed operational metric goals and TCE/NPS
Drive automation and process maturity
Collaborate with Business, Security, Architect, and various Cloud teams to develop tools, solutions, automation, and patterns to solve problems and drive value
Work closely with DevOps/Operations, Sec ops, and Cloud Architect teams to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms
Apply automated deployment tool sets and infrastructure including environments and code management using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes
Manage a team of technology experts responsible for DAY 2 operations and engage with BU/engineering for PCE and upcoming cloud offerings
Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of cloud services within agreed SLAs
Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of cloud applications and infrastructure
Configure cloud resources, manage security and access controls, and troubleshoot issues with cloud services
Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud services
