Responsibilities

  • Apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance
  • Conduct all activities in line with non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all job activities for the business in UK, Germany, and other European countries
  • Handle scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
  • Manage client relationships as the primary contact for job preparation, execution, and close out
  • Ensure prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to meet client objectives
  • Drive sales through bits and BHA optimizations
  • Maintain complete and current knowledge of product status, including future use and customer needs
  • Manage activities of supporting organizations to resolve technical and business problems
  • Be self-independent and liaise with international teams to gather needed equipment
  • Ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence to maximize short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities
  • Coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms
