Requirements

  • Graduate degree
  • 0-2 years’ experience in telemarketing, customer handling, and sales lead generation through cold calling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English (fluency in Hindi and any other regional language could be useful)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (RSM, FSE, subject specialists in India/Europe, commercial team, service admin team) to speed up service delivery for end customers
  • Address logistics requests against warranty and T&M orders
  • Track parts
  • Route technical and commercial requests to managers or subject matter experts
  • Support price-related requests
  • Support training registration
  • Maintain and update resource availability status
  • Track IB and MOD
  • Coordinate with commercial and sales on pre-sale, point of sale, and post-sale requirements
  • Handle Hotline service for India (receive and log customer complaints)
  • Track and report key business metrics
  • Share weekly and monthly reports for different service activities
