Requirements

Candidates should possess previous experience as a Server or Bartender, effective verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies, and an organized approach with strong attention to detail. They must also demonstrate high integrity and professionalism, maintain a positive and energetic attitude, be at least 18 years of age, and be able to grasp, reach, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

A Server at Level99 will warmly greet guests, anticipate their needs, convey enthusiasm for the menu, work effectively as a team, accurately process transactions using the POS system, understand and follow service steps, check guest identification, proactively keep stations stocked and clean, review daily tasks checklists, run food, bus tables, and contribute to the overall guest experience while complying with health, safety, and hygiene standards and performing other duties as needed.
