Job Description

You will be an integral part of our central marketing function, offering support and expertise across a diverse range of global verticals. Our objective is to ensure a smooth, simple, and effective business experience for both our customers and internal teams. The marketing function champions a test, learn, and optimize approach to continuously enhance performance and efficiency. We foster collaboration across the organization to deliver best-in-class campaigns and measurable results.

We are seeking a driven SEO Specialist to join our expanding global team, supporting projects in North America, Europe, and Australia. In this role, you will be crucial in the day-to-day execution and optimization of our SEO strategy. Reporting to the SEO Manager and collaborating closely with content marketers and vertical marketing teams, your focus will be on driving lead generation and organic growth. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to boost efficiency, uncover insights, and improve search performance.

This is a remote position with a robust team and support structure, offering significant opportunities for learning, growth, and innovation within a collaborative global environment. The ideal candidate is an expert in search engine optimization, passionate about digital marketing, and eager to learn rapidly. A strong interest in the evolving role of AI in marketing is essential.


Qualifications

Ideal Skills/Background:

  • Minimum 3 years of SEO experience.
  • Expertise in current SEO trends and optimization tactics to maximize results.
  • Proficiency with a range of SEO-focused tools for insights, competitor analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of SEO, including site and competitor auditing to identify opportunities.
  • Confidence in compiling SEO reports and communicating findings to various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in keyword research to inform SEO strategy.
  • Experience utilizing content to drive SEO rankings across the marketing funnel.
  • Ability to create effective briefs for copywriters to ensure clear SEO objectives are met.
  • Demonstrable understanding of offsite SEO considerations.
  • Proven ability to manage link building/outreach campaigns.
  • B2B experience is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to develop and clearly communicate SEO recommendations.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and well-organized, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday).
  • Enjoy collaboration with web developers and wider marketing teams.
  • Previous experience testing and learning with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, SGE) is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in Multilingual and International SEO would be advantageous.
