Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within enterprise SaaS environments
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
Expertise in RESTful API integration and debugging
Deep understanding of modern web technologies
Customer-focused with ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end integration of Incode’s identity platform with client systems, ensuring smooth deployment and performance stability
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across web and API integrations with precision and speed
Build and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs (Web & Mobile), optimizing for reliability and security
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance integration flows, platform capabilities, and client experience
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality support and technical enablement to enterprise clients
