Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 9 years’ sales experience in the financial services industry, or a combined minimum of 13 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the high net worth or ultra high net worth sector

Responsibilities

  • Leads the client relationship team and ensures clients have access to all firm resources
  • Works closely with Client Managers, Private Banking, Investment Advisors, and Fiduciary Advisors to assess client financial situations, goals, and objectives
  • Prioritizes short-term and long-term client needs based on analysis
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to grow the client base
  • Promotes and sells the full array of financial services to current and new clients
  • Coordinates team communication and activities
  • Recommends solutions and alternative wealth strategies utilizing specialists as needed
  • Manages the sales pipeline and activities to meet sales goals
  • Implements and delivers specific solutions
  • Leads client relationship review discussions with a committee
  • Manages and reviews client relationships to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
  • Adheres to compliance/operational risk controls
  • Promotes a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Maintains M&T internal control standards
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Coordinates activities of the relationship team (IAs, FAs, PBs, WSs, etc.)
  • Focuses on profitable expansion of fee revenue while maintaining ethical standards and a fiduciary culture
  • Achieves revenue growth, including acquisition and retention of clients
  • Develops and implements comprehensive wealth management strategies for individuals, business owners, and families, collaborating with various teams
