The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of experience in website design, preferably within consumer-facing sectors, and demonstrates a deep understanding of website design principles, including layouts, UX patterns, and web capabilities. Exceptional aesthetic taste, particularly in typography, color, and motion, along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A passion for enhancing healthcare access for Canadians is also a key requirement.
This role involves owning the design of the marketing website, encompassing core pages, ad landing pages, and navigation, while collaborating with product managers and marketers to translate insights into effective designs. The designer will work with engineers to ensure successful implementation, apply and evolve the Felix brand identity across various design elements, and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
