Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field, and ideally, a Master’s degree. They should have at least 5 years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on user-centered design principles and methodologies. Demonstrated experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing is essential.
As a Senior UX Researcher at Angi, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand the needs and behaviors of homeowners and service professionals. You will plan, design, and execute a variety of research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies. Furthermore, you will analyze research data, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for product development teams. You will also contribute to the development of research strategies, guidelines, and best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are incorporated into the design process.
