Requirements

  • Experience designing user interfaces that incorporate machine learning or AI-driven features (predictive analytics, chatbots) to enhance user productivity
  • Experience collaborating with AI specialists and developers to incorporate AI/large language models, ensuring design solutions align with AI outputs and AI concepts
  • Experience planning and conducting user interviews, usability tests, or A/B tests, as well as analyzing competitor products to guide design decisions
  • Experience using tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) to create low-/high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews
  • Experience creating style guides, maintaining design systems or pattern libraries, and documenting design standards for cross-team consistency
  • Experience coding languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React) to create interactive prototypes and ensure that design specifications are technically feasible
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams, iterating rapidly based on user feedback and test results
  • Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, AI experts, and leadership to align design solutions with business and technical objectives
  • Experience applying user-centered design (UCD) principles and Design Thinking (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to solve complex user problems
  • Experience creating polished UI elements (layouts, color schemes, and typography) and designing micro-interactions or transitions that improve user engagement

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UX for the AI-powered developer platform—defining product vision, user flows, and interaction patterns that boost developer efficiency
  • Partner with AI/ML scientists, Engineering, and Product to embed machine-learning capabilities and translate complex requirements into intuitive, production-ready interfaces
  • Design and iterate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI specs in Figma; maintain reusable design-system components and ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility
  • Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis; synthesize insights into data-backed design recommendations that drive adoption and retention
  • Present concepts and rationale to executives; manage feedback in agile sprints and guide implementation through launch and post-release optimization
  • Define and track UX success metrics; use A/B and multivariate testing to validate and refine AI-powered features
  • Platform governance—update design guidelines, pattern libraries, and API documentation to ensure a cohesive, scalable experience
