Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for features, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI from concept through launch and iteration. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams to explore and validate ideas, defining and evolving the visual design system across mobile and web platforms, and refining designs post-launch using research and user feedback. Additionally, the designer will contribute to the team's operational processes and raise the bar for design craft throughout the company.
