Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field - Required
5+ years of experience in technical writing with a focus on knowledge base content or process documentation
2+ years minimum of experience directly related to training and development
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Technical Writer Skills: Ability to write clear and precise technical documentation, including manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical reports, and other documents related to finance and audits
Capability to provide training and develop educational content, including creating materials and presenting to diverse audiences
Ideal: MS Visio or IBM Blueworks
Ideal: SharePoint administration skills
Ideal: Financial services experience

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive and clear technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, procedures, and reports tailored to OTC Billing users
Review, edit, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, following documentation standards
Engage with SMEs to develop and review program documentation and apply understanding of the OTC Billing process to produce accurate technical content
Develop and produce content using software applications that enhance technical learning output
Obtain understanding of billing processes and services to translate complex billing flows into simple, informative, and engaging content
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development
Facilitate transfer of systems and processing knowledge by organizing and conducting training and educational programs
Create documentation such as training programs, user manuals for OTC Billing process, and Billing system user guides
Collaborate with teams and SMEs to ensure accuracy of content for diverse audiences (internal employees, client services, sales operations, compliance groups)
