  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (consultancy, marketing, sales) preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Persuasive personality able to make things happen
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with healthcare professionals, managers and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand local markets and customer needs
  • Excellent presentation skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Comfortability using ICT tools like Microsoft Office, ERP, Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

  • Design service offerings for selected accounts that serve their needs and help to develop and grow their center
  • Execute on process optimization, development and growth projects in close collaboration with representatives of the centers and partnering with IHS (Integrated Health Solutions)
  • Initiate events and activities that create awareness and increase patient access
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and market research
  • Pro-actively evaluate and act on opportunities as well as threats associated with the competitive landscape and capture key trends in your region and provide feedback to the European organization
  • Further develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
  • Develop and maintain key relations/collaboration with scientific Societies and patient associations relevant for OMH and CRS
  • Serve as a committed point of contact for target centers
