Responsibilities

  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within defined territory/region to meet or exceed sales targets in compliant manner
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients in balanced manner
  • Engage HCPs with fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources, conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns), organize external speaker programs, and maintain expertise on emerging data
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans; proactively use tools like CE^3 to inform call plans and provide feedback for improvement
  • Liaise with other BMS functions and field teams for optimal Customer Experience (Cx), timely scientific responses, and safe/appropriate product use
  • Exemplify BMS values while prioritizing business results and performance objectives
