Responsibilities

Promote approved indications of BMS products within defined territory/region to meet or exceed sales targets in compliant manner
Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients in balanced manner
Engage HCPs with fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources, conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns), organize external speaker programs, and maintain expertise on emerging data
Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans; proactively use tools like CE^3 to inform call plans and provide feedback for improvement
Liaise with other BMS functions and field teams for optimal Customer Experience (Cx), timely scientific responses, and safe/appropriate product use
Exemplify BMS values while prioritizing business results and performance objectives
