Responsibilities

  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets in compliant manner
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients
  • Engage with and maintain/grow high level of scientific expertise in assigned products/therapeutic areas
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
  • Proactively use tools like SOPHIA to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback for improvement
  • Demonstrate scientific expertise using approved resources/publications for fair/balanced dialogue with HCPs, ensuring medical accuracy
  • Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with label
