Requirements

  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Support equipment installation and changes

  • Develop innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions/services that satisfy all stakeholders' needs through technical expertise and mentorship
  • Demonstrate effective communication (teleconference, email, in-person) with internal/external customers on project technical matters
  • Demonstrate expertise in the full Plexus Manufacturing process on small to mid-size projects
  • Work independently across multiple phases/processes of the Manufacturing Process without direction
  • Ensure accurate technical project documentation and up-to-date regional/site documentation per quality, industrial standards, and change management procedures
