Minimum of five (5) years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Responsibilities

Continuously improve test performance and equipment
Troubleshoot complex issues
Support equipment installation and changes
Provide technical guidance
Implement and validate testing equipment
Identify best practices globally
Develop innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions/services that satisfy all stakeholders' needs through technical expertise and mentorship
Demonstrate effective communication (teleconference, email, in-person) with internal/external customers on project technical matters
Demonstrate expertise in the full Plexus Manufacturing process on small to mid-size projects
Work independently across multiple phases/processes of the Manufacturing Process without direction
Ensure accurate technical project documentation and up-to-date regional/site documentation per quality, industrial standards, and change management procedures
