Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
3-5 years’ experience working in software development or software testing/Quality Assurance
Recommended 2 years testing voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms
Some experience with testing automation
Strong ability to understand technical software concepts and comfortable interacting with databases
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (preferred)
Previous experience managing the testing phase of a project
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Good communication skills
High-level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionals

Responsibilities

Testing through the entire lifecycle of a project, including test case development, execution, and verification
Tracking and reporting software defects, along with verifying resolved issues in ticket tracking application
Assist in on-going process improvement for test case management
Provide the project team with testing progress and continuous risk assessment during the Testing phase
Support validation efforts by acquiring evidence during testing phase, as well as generating validation reports at cycle end
Leads individual Projects and acts as the main point of contact/escalation for the testing team
Utilizes in-depth product knowledge to anticipate client needs and address complex issues
Provides guidance and sets priorities for the Test Engineer on project
Displays commitment to excellence
