  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales within a clinical or operating room setting
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills
  • Valid KSA driving license
  • Willingness to travel 90%

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity
  • Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
  • Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager
  • Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands
  • Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs
  • Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training and attending the surgery cases
  • Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons
  • Providing support to logistics team when needed
