Requirements

Candidates are required to have 7+ years in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience, cross-platform experience with Integration and Data Governance Expertise (Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, etc.), and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, and GDPR. Agile delivery alignment experience is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance, the individual will design and govern security across Workday and integrated HR platforms, perform threat modeling and security assessments, lead cross-functional compliance activities, guide platform teams in secure delivery and governance, partner with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT to ensure policy alignment, respond to and manage incidents, support audits, and ensure business continuity.
