Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent IT experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience. They must have experience with the technologies currently utilized in the application or infrastructure, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication across varying levels of personnel. Previous experience supporting production applications or SRE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional will be responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance supporting a 24/7 application environment, bridging the gap between technical expertise and business acumen. They will work with design engineering and test teams to drive products from design completion to volume production release, performing various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. The role involves supporting product evaluation and qualification on leading-edge technology components, ensuring production schedules are followed, and product specifications and quality requirements are met. They will interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to provide technical support for customer product-related issues and begin to influence departmental strategy, making decisions on complex technical issues without direct supervision. Additionally, they will contribute to technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight, unit testing, and mocking.
