Experience with observability technologies like Splunk, Elasticsearch, or LogStash is required, and Regex and JavaScript skills are a plus. The candidate must currently reside in Poland.
The Senior Technical Support Engineer will develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products. They will provide enterprise-level technical support to customers across various channels, including Slack, email, and online meetings. Responsibilities include researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, and providing prompt feedback and accurate issue closure. The role also involves documenting knowledge through tech notes and articles, participating in real-time forums, and performing stand-by or on-call duties.
