Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a technical recruiter, with experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on technical hiring in SaaS/Tech space
  • A network of engineering professionals that you are able to present
  • Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles across primarily sales roles globally
  • Sourcing is a big part of your role; confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks and technical experience to engage with candidates appropriately
  • Willingness to support the talent acquisition team on any hiring necessary including other GTM and R&D roles
  • Work in a remote-first company where communication is key; happy to face off to different time zones
  • Comfortable in a high-paced environment; embrace change and ambiguity
  • Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven ability to hire 5 external candidates per month consistently
  • Available to work on a 6 month contract position in the United States (Eastern time zone only, ready to start in Jan with delivery expected by Feb)

Responsibilities

  • Support R&D teams and leaders, focusing on technical and product hiring
  • Work alongside the Talent Team to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics
  • Run full-cycle recruitment, including engaging with passive and active talent internationally
  • Guide candidates through the hiring journey
  • Generate offers and hand off new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding
