Requirements

Proven experience working as a technical recruiter, with experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on technical hiring in SaaS/Tech space
A network of engineering professionals that you are able to present
Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles across primarily sales roles globally
Sourcing is a big part of your role; confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks and technical experience to engage with candidates appropriately
Willingness to support the talent acquisition team on any hiring necessary including other GTM and R&D roles
Work in a remote-first company where communication is key; happy to face off to different time zones
Comfortable in a high-paced environment; embrace change and ambiguity
Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Proven ability to hire 5 external candidates per month consistently
Available to work on a 6 month contract position in the United States (Eastern time zone only, ready to start in Jan with delivery expected by Feb)

Responsibilities

Support R&D teams and leaders, focusing on technical and product hiring
Work alongside the Talent Team to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics
Run full-cycle recruitment, including engaging with passive and active talent internationally
Guide candidates through the hiring journey
Generate offers and hand off new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding
