Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on sourcing areas such as Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models roles
Deep understanding of Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models concepts, technologies, and applications
Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including online platforms, Boolean search, and social media
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top ML, NLP, and Large Language Models talent
Proactively source and identify potential candidates with expertise in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models through various channels, including online platforms, academic networks, conferences, and industry events
Utilize effective outreach methods to engage with potential candidates and generate interest in our opportunities
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for technical roles
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ML, NLP, and Large Language Models positions, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies
