Deep understanding of Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models concepts, technologies, and applications
Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including online platforms, Boolean search, and social media
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ML, NLP, and Large Language Models positions, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies
