Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Six or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least three years focused on hiring for technology roles
  • Proficiency in sourcing methods and recruiting tools
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
  • Experience working with and supporting senior leadership during the hiring process
  • Ability to independently lead meetings and navigate complex hiring scenarios
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles across Koddi’s technology teams
  • Lead intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ
  • Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand role requirements and hiring goals
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System to support reporting and process improvement
  • Deliver a consistent and professional candidate experience
  • Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality of hire, and team collaboration
  • Use recruiting data and market research to inform decision making and recommendations
