Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage top engineering talent with a strong focus on outbound, market mapping, and presenting highly calibrated candidates
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a fast, high-quality hiring process
  • Evaluate candidates with strong judgment and partner with hiring managers to clarify signals, tradeoffs, and leveling
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand role requirements, team needs, and urgency
  • Maintain tight process velocity by driving quick turns on screens, feedback, and next steps
  • Maintain and report on pipeline health, activity levels, and funnel performance to internal stakeholders
  • Use Sprig’s systems and tools to run reports, share insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Look for opportunities to tighten, streamline, and improve recruiting processes during the sprint
