Requirements

3+ years of experience managing complex technical or software projects
Prior experience as a software developer or software tester
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure
Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Passion for learning new technologies and driving continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle — from planning and scoping through execution and delivery
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
Apply agile best practices, facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog management
Ensure alignment across teams and maintain transparent documentation of key decisions and changes
Partner with cross-functional leaders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly through regular updates and post-release reports
Maintain stakeholder trust through proactive issue management and timely delivery
Identify potential risks early and develop contingency and mitigation plans
Oversee hot fixes and post-release critical issue resolution to maintain product stability
Continuously refine project management tools, processes, and best practices for future success
