Responsibilities

  • Understand and improve the quality of deployments and technical support of the fleet
  • Monitor and drive actions related to deployment quality and technical support
  • Identify and track quarterly goals and weekly trends
  • Drive priorities and resolutions of top issues
  • Establish and maintain an effective feedback loop to address root causes of issues
  • Facilitate team meetings and keep the team on priority tasks
  • Document assumptions and decisions
  • Manage projects that must adapt with business needs
  • Meet with critical stakeholders to learn about involved teams
