Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between technical support teams, engineering teams, and operations teams
Understand and improve the quality of deployments and technical support of the fleet
Monitor and drive actions related to deployment quality and technical support
Identify and track quarterly goals and weekly trends
Drive priorities and resolutions of top issues
Establish and maintain an effective feedback loop to address root causes of issues
Facilitate team meetings and keep the team on priority tasks
Document assumptions and decisions
Manage projects that must adapt with business needs
Meet with critical stakeholders to learn about involved teams
