Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a product management role
  • Prior experience in working with Game and/or Marketing teams or building DS solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with prioritizing projects, collecting requirements, crafting product specifications, and carrying features from conceptualization to deployment
  • Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle
  • Experience with metrics-driven decision-making
  • A track record for high performance and team/project leadership
  • Hard-working, performance-driven self-starter and team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish the product vision and strategy that will help improve operations and performance across our business
  • Partner with executive, game, marketing, and analytics teams to understand user needs and establish success criteria with clearly measurable objectives and key results to deliver a great end-user experience
  • Collaborate with a high-performing group of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts acting as the voice of the business to shape the development and delivery of AI solutions
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of products on business outcomes
  • Impact the end-to-end product lifecycle of features spanning multiple areas
  • Collaborate to solve novel problems introduced by the constantly evolving and increasingly challenging gaming ecosystem
  • Be or become a guide in data science strategies and technologies, including key vendors in the space, pros and cons of opposing approaches, and trade-offs involved with different strategies
