Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university required; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field preferred
  • Minimum 10 to 13 years of experience in web development & support
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure services
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and the .NET Core/.NET 8 framework
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory)
  • Experience with database systems such as SQL Server and expertise in automating routine administrative tasks using scripts (e.g., T-SQL, Batch Jobs)
  • Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and modern frameworks like Angular or React JS
  • Experience in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
  • ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform activities by following Stryker’s Software Service Delivery framework and processes
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of Web Applications by conducting long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
  • Manage Vendor supported Revenue Management platform, working closely with business and key stakeholders to enable day-to-day operations
  • Offer best practices advice and recommendations to Managed services team around overall systems architecture and be the Subject Matter Expert
  • Manage the relationship between SaaS, System Integrators, Business, and various other stakeholders
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of operation processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Track licensing, users, and usage levels to ensure continuous compliance with contractual agreements and efficient use of the service according to funded usage levels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues or find simple, creative workarounds
  • Review system requirements, functional specifications, and solutions for minor enhancements and critical break-fixes
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies, including automation, shift-left opportunities, process improvements, and other cost-saving opportunities
  • Prioritize multiple initiatives across multiple applications and technical stacks on a consistent basis to support changing priorities
  • Ensure proactive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures are implemented to ensure delivery of an exceptional service
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed expectations (contractual or otherwise), including regular vendor meetings to review expectations and performance
