Responsibilities

Conduct advanced research in AI and machine learning, exploring emerging technologies and opportunities for business problems
Design and architect AI solutions for complex problems, analyzing requirements and constraints
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, including code/design reviews and overcoming challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure project success
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI/ML practices, identifying improvements and promoting best practices
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools or services to enhance AI capabilities
Facilitate design review sessions, mentor during reviews, and collaborate with engineering manager/team lead on strategies and feedback
Participate in and coordinate team meetings for effective communication
Prepare and deliver detailed presentations and reports to stakeholders, translating technical concepts
Interpret and report data findings; maintain/update BI tools, databases, dashboards, or systems
Design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns as applicable
