Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on product, design and engineering
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close technical talent in a competitive market
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and fast execution
  • Proficient with sourcing tools and creative sourcing techniques and familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Creative problem solver who proactively identifies ways to improve candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes
  • Curious and adaptable, always exploring new recruiting techniques and tools

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for roles across Engineering, Product, and related technical teams — from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt follow-up, and authentic representation of our culture
  • Run efficient interview processes — scheduling, feedback collection, and pipeline updates — ensuring hiring velocity without sacrificing quality
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates with a deep understanding of market compensation, motivators, and team fit
  • Stay current on tech talent market trends, emerging sourcing strategies, and competitive intelligence to continually improve our approach
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting operations, processes, and tools to support scale
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and experiment with new channels to expand access to high-caliber technical talent
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor junior recruiters or interviewers on best practices to uplift hiring quality across the company
