Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Higher studies in the financial-accounting field
  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and taxation
  • Professional background in the automotive industry/multinational company (an advantage)
  • SAP knowledge (an asset); MS Office software skills (particularly Excel)
  • Fluent English, verbally and in writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and ready for teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Establishing efficient and effective procedures for organizing fiscal activity
  • Verifying monthly purchase/sales journals and the monthly VAT statement
  • Preparing data for quarterly profit tax calculation
  • Preparing, analyzing, and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in line with country requirements
  • Preparing tax reports for Management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including tax provision models
  • Preparing data needed for Transfer Pricing report
  • Requesting compensation applications and Certificates for Fiscal Residency
  • Preparing the necessary documentation for the declaration and payment of various taxes (local, etc.) correctly and on time
  • Involvement in digitalization process of fiscal deliverables
  • Monitoring relevant tax legislative changes and providing support in various tax analyses related to the company’s projects (VAT, corporate tax, local taxes, income taxes, withholding taxes, etc.)
  • Preparing internal notes, written documentation, and correspondence for fiscal authorities
  • Monitoring and coordination of fiscal controls in relation to the state authorities
